  • EZ700 for applications requiring ASME Section VIII certification
  • EZ700S and EZ700SLT for high performance industrial and commercial applications with flow requirements >200 gpm
  • EZ900 - Our newest and most efficient design for flowrates >250 gpm.

EZ series filtration systems are used in:

  • Power Generating plants,
  • Automotive plants,
  • Steel Mills,
  • Pulp & Paper operations,
  • Oil & Gas fields,
  • Commercial Office Buildings
  • Food Processing operations

EZ series filtration systems are utilized to filter:

  • machining coolant,
  • wash solutions,
  • cooling / process water,
  • wastewater,
  • whitewater,
  • surface water
  • many other process fluids that are not listed above.

Simplicity, consistency, reliability, and the lowest cost of ownership make the EZ series filtration systems an ideal solution in several industries for many filtration applications for any flow requirement. We have EZ Clean EC series filtration systems processing as little as 1 gpm and our largest system has a flowrate of approximately 20,000 gpm.

EZ MAG automatic, liquid filtration system

Some processes require both magnetic separation and a barrier filter. Your process stream may contain both magnetic and non-magnetic material, such as steel and aluminum.

Why purchase two separate systems?

The EZ MAG combines the capabilities of Maggie and EZ900 into a single system with one set of valves, one set of controls, and the footprint of a single system.

Reduce system complexity and floor space requirements and save money. The EZ MAG is the ideal solution in steel mills, tube mills and paint pre-treatment systems.

The EZMAG is the only permanent media, in-line filter that combines magnetic and barrier filtration in a single system.

Refer to Maggie and EZ900 for additional information pertaining to these two products.

EZ Clean EZ series filtration systems are available with two control options:

  • Proprietary, Solid-State, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) control system – for use EZ100, 1-Pod, EZ100, 2-Pod and EZ100, 3-Pod systems. The PCB controls are housed in a NEMA 4, painted steel enclosure with a membrane keypad and LCD display that allows the user to configure timers and displays operational status. An LED stack light provides system status (i.e. power on, backwash and fault / alarm).

The control system features three modes of backwash initiation.

    • Automatic based upon differential pressure
    • Automatic based upon time interval
    • Manual

The ZGF PCB controls also provide some interface capability with other control systems

  • Logic Module (Siemens LOGO!) – for use with any EZ Clean EZ series filtration systems. The controls are housed in a NEMA 4, painted steel enclosure or a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure. A door mounted user-interface allows the user to configure timers and displays operational status. An LED stack light provides system status (i.e. power on, backwash and fault / alarm).
